Biography

A London-based composer of concert & liturgical classical music, he began composing at the age of 16, and has continued ever since while working full time outside the world of music. A viola player in his spare time, Edmund was trained in chamber music throughout his teens and this grounding in chamber music is reflected in his output, together with liturgical choral music. Major influences are Vaughan-Williams, Walton, Arnold, Tippett and Simpson.
