Biography

Serge Noskov, Russian born composer lives and works now in England.

Educated in Russia first as a classical clarinet player and wind band conductor at musical college, he went on to study composition at the class of Professor Arcady Nesterov in Gorky Conservatoire.

Serges graduation works were the 1st symphony Let the sleeping dog lie, vocal cycle Dreams with his own lyrics and Nonet chamber music in 3 movements for 9 instruments.

Shortly after graduation he became a member of the Composers Union of the USSR (now Russian Federation). From 1999 Serge is a member of British Academy of Composers and Songwriters.

He composes a wide range of music from songs for children to musicalsand operas, from solo pieces for instruments to symphonies, from advertising jingles to theatre and film scores. His main works are listed below:
