Biography

Richard composed the music to Chekhov's THREE SISTERS, recently sen in London's West End, starring Kristin Scott Thomas. The production will be transferring to Broadway shortly. His music for RUMPLESTILTSKIN received over 300 performances last year alone. Another of his theatrical productions KENNEDY was three times nominated for the RUTAC drama awards.

He recently attended the world premiere of his new piece THE FIERY PHOENIX in Hong Kong, composed for Chinese orchestra.

His musical play THE BROTHERS LIONHEART, written with Peter Gallagher, is currently in pre-production, and future projects include THE SELFISH GIANT, plus an adaptation for the stage of his first novel, THE CRYPTIC LINES.
