Gold Badge Awards

The Academy is delighted to announce those being recognised at the 35th Gold Badge Awards.

Over the course of its 35 years the Gold Badge Awards have paid tribute to a multitude of much admired, but often little recognised champions of the music industry including broadcasters, recording artists, publishers, arrangers, producers and record company executives.  Covering a diverse range of disciplines, ages and musical styles, the Gold Badge Awards are the composing communities' acknowledgement of a group of people who have made exceptional and enduring impact on Britain's entertainment industry.

David Ferguson, Chairman of the British Academy of Composers & Songwriters comments:

"The Academy is thrilled to be recognising the incredible contribution of such a diverse mix of personalities.  All those awarded the Gold Badge have made a significant and lasting impression on the entertainment industry and deserve to be duly recognised."
